General terms and conditions and information concerning the hotel

Verify the information and conditions of the family-run Hotel Ortler so you can start your long-awaited vacation in the Dolomites confidently

Important information:
The price includes:
• Ortler's delicious breakfast buffet
• 3 course dinner menu and fresh salad buffet, prepared by the owner and the junior manager of the house, Walter and Armin
• Free parking space in our new hotel garage
• Free WIFI Access in the whole house
• In summer: free use of our heated private outdoor swimming pool in the summer, deck chairs and sunshades available free of charge (towels for the swimming pool for rental)
• In winter: ski storage in the hotel garage.
Sauna area:
- Winter: use of the wellness area (Turkish steam bath, Finnish sauna, Kneipp bath and relaxation room) included in the price (closed on Tuesday)
- Summer: included in the prices twice a week
(If desired, in the summer months the wellness area can be used against payment. Price on request.)
- We don't accept domestic animals.

Additional tourist tax: Euro 1,70 per person/day (starting from 14 years)

Surcharge and reduction:
• For Bed & Breakfast we offer a discount of Euro 10,- per person and night
• For hydro massage - whirlpool (Euro 8,- for 2 persons – 20 minutes)
Children reductions (if they stay in their parent’s room):
- 0 - 5 years: 70%,
- 6 – 11 years: 40%
- 12 to 16 years: 20 %

• Reduction for an additionally person (17 years and older): 10%
• Extra charge for single room Standard: Euro 8,00.-
• Double room for single use: prices on request

What you should know:
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our hotel.
• Check In/Check Out: Our rooms will be ready for check in at 1 pm.
• Check out time is 10 am.
• Payment: we prefer payment in cash but we also accept cash cards, Visa and MasterCard.

Our travel cancellation policy:
A free cancellation of your booking is possible in a written form up to 3 months before departure. In this case, the already paid deposit will be credited for a later stay or reversed against restocking fee.

In case of cancellation, we will charge as follows:
Up until 30 days prior to the intended arrival we will keep back the deposit payment, no other additionally costs
From the 29th to the 15th day prior to the intended arrival: 50% of the total sum
From the 14th to the 3rd day prior to the intended arrival: 75% of the total sum
After the 2nd day prior to the intended arrival or in case of lack of notification: 100% of the total sum
Our tip: cancellation insurance.
