• The room rates are per person and night including the half board (Breakfast buffet with a rich choice of regional products and dinner with 3 courses menu and salad) at a minimal stay of 3 days.
• Free of charge: parking space in our new hotel garage and the use of our private outdoor swimming pool (Summer).
• Extra charge for single use of a double room: Euro 6,00.-
• Children reductions (if they stay in their parents room): up to 6 years: 70%, from 6 to 11years: 40% and from 12 to 14 years: 20 % reduction.
• There is a bus station close to the hotel where a free Shuttle bus is running to the telecabin “Seis-Seiser Alm” to reach the alpine pastures in the fastest way.

The spa area is not included in the room rates. Price per person: Euro 6,-
If you want to use the sauna daily you can book the sauna inclusive at an additionally cost of Euro 4,- per person and night.
Special Ortler winter services:
• Weekly briefing by an employee of the Seiser Alm Ski-School (information and booking of: ski pass, ski courses, guided excursions)
• Adventure day- Sella Ronda: We offer our guests weekly a free-guided ski excursion with an expert ski instructor.
• Our guests receive a discount of 10-12 % if they book an one-week ski course at the ski school Seiser Alm
Important information
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our hotel.
• Your reservation is confirmed if a deposit of 50 Euro per Person has been submitted.
