• The room rates are per person and night including the half board (Breakfast buffet with a rich choice of regional products and
dinner with 3 courses menu and salad) at a minimal stay of 3 days.
• Free of charge: parking space in our new hotel garage and the use of our private outdoor swimming pool (Summer)
with deck chairs.
• There is a bus station close to the hotel where a free Shuttle bus is running to the telecabin “Seis-Seiser Alm” to reach the
alpine pastures in the fastest way.

• Sauna area
Winter: During the winter months, the daily use of the wellness area is included in the room rate.
Summer: If desired, in the summer months the wellness area can be used against payment. Price on request.
Important information
• Children reductions (if they stay in their parents room):
up to 6 years: 70%, from 6 to 11years: 40% and from 12 to 14 years: 20 % reduction.
• Extra charge for single use of a double room: Euro 6,00.-
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our hotel.
• Your reservation is confirmed if a deposit of 50 Euro per Person has been submitted.

• Cancellation policies: It may be the case that something happens before you embark on your journey; with our cancellation insurance you are financially protected. Should you arrive late at the hotel, not arrive at all or depart early, cancellation fees can be charged according to EU standards. In order to release you from any expenses in such cases, |
