Good to know
Are there any questions regarding prices, special offers, or bundled services? Here are some of the more important answers. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please feel free to ask!
What’s included?
· Extensive breakfast buffet
· 4-course dinner (includes Armin’s fresh salad/vegetable buffet).
· Wednesdays are our day off, so we won’t be serving dinner (Exeption: New Years's Eve week). However, it’s also a great opportunity to try some South Tyrolean specialities. You might opt for a traditional Marende afternoon snack at one of the Alpine refuges, or even a South Tyrolean-style pizza. If you book half board, you will get a price reduction of 15% for the missed dinner on Wednesday.
· Free parking in the hotel garage (New: Electric car charging station, price on request)
· Free Wi-Fi
· Free outdoor jacuzzi (open all year round)
· New may 2026: New outdoor panoramic sauna (open all year round)
· Free access to the outdoor swimming pool (summer only).
· Free sunbeds and umbrellas in summer. Bathrobe for rental.
· Free storage for snow skis (winter)
· Free storage for bikes and e-bikes (sommer)
· Sauna area winter: Free access to all our indoor and outdoor sauna facilities (Steam bath, Finnish sauna, Kneipp bath, relaxation room, outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor sauna).
· Sauna area sommer: Free access to the new outdoor sauna and outdoor jacuzzi.
Indoor sauna area closed during summer. On request, the sauna facility can be booked as private spa with additional cost.
· Each visitor must pay a regulation Tourist Tax: € 3,00 p/p/night (from 14 years old)
Other things you should know:
· We love animals but unfortunately, we don’t cater to pets. Sorry.
· Charging station for your electric car are available in our garage
· Check-in time: as from 1 pm on the day of arrival.
· Check-out time: not later than 10 am on the day of departure.
· Payment: although we accept EC cards, Visa, and MasterCard, cash is king!
Cancellations policy:
A booking may be cancelled up to 3 months before the start of the reservation without incurring a penalty provided it is made in writing. The deposit may either be refunded or credited towards a subsequent stay.
In the event of a later cancellation, the following conditions apply:
· If cancelled more than a month (30 days) in advance, the deposit is refunded or credited towards another stay, and no charges apply.
· If cancelled between the 29th and the 15thday in advance, the deposit is withheld, and 50% of the price of the total cost is charged.
· If cancelled between the 14th and the 3rdday in advance, the deposit is withheld, and 75% of the price of the total cost is charged.
· In case of a no-show or if there’s a last minute cancellation or up to the 2nd day before the scheduled stay, the full price of the booking is payable and the deposit is forfeited.
